Tru Blu Living Virtual Breath Science and Breath Work Class

Thursday February 26, 2026 @ 10am MST

This free virtual Breath Science class offers a practical and science-based exploration of how breathing influences the body, mind, and nervous system. Designed for anyone seeking greater self-awareness and physiological resilience, the class blends foundational concepts of visualization and self-knowledge with clear, accessible education on how the respiratory system functions and adapts under stress and performance demands.

Participants will learn key science-backed principles behind breathing mechanics, oxygen and carbon dioxide balance, and the role of the nervous system in regulating stress and focus. These concepts are presented in a straightforward, applicable way, helping students understand not just how to breathe, but why specific techniques create measurable changes in the body.

The class includes guided instruction in diaphragmatic breathing, stress-reduction breathing techniques, and performance-enhancing breathing practices. Each method is grounded in research and designed to support improved emotional regulation, mental clarity, physical efficiency, and recovery. Techniques are taught progressively, making them accessible for beginners while still valuable for experienced practitioners.

By the end of the course, participants will have a deeper understanding of their own breathing patterns and a practical toolkit they can apply in daily life, work, fitness, or athletic performance. This class emphasizes sustainable, evidence-based practices that empower individuals to use their breath as a reliable tool for regulation, resilience, and improved performance.

Participants will receive a Zoom link prior to the class on Thursday, February 26th at 10am MST. The class will be about 60 minutes.
